Your capital is backed by Trust-Escrowed guarantees — the collateral sits in a trust administered by an independent trustee — and you receive returns of 2–3% per month and up to 16% per year, according to your plan, paid monthly or quarterly.

First conversation

We learn about your goals, horizon and preferred payment frequency, and explain the Anchor and Transitory investor profiles.

Operation proposal

We present the project or loan, the guarantee, the term and the expected return — in writing and in your language.

Contract and trust

The investment is formalized in a contract and the collateral is placed in a guarantee trust with an independent trustee.

Payments and reporting

You receive your returns monthly or quarterly and regular updates on the operation until your capital is returned.
